because the alternative is to cry. So, here we were, sending our youngest off to college and ready to be empty nesters. Then the phone rang from # 2 daughter who was on her way back home. Then the U-Haul came with the possessions from #1 daughter as she was moving home to work from NYC. Oy veh - The thing that used to have cars parked in it became a storage shed. (rent free I might add) The spare rooms that had been painted and 'staged' for guests once again became occupied by not-so-neat daughters. (well - partially true - one daughter actually is not a slob.) Then came the puppy. The party. etc.
